Operation
Primary Connections and Data Transfer for RAIDAR Service
The system receives ADT events via secured HL7v2/MLLP message (or equivalent REST/HTTPS).
After the prescribed algorithm time, patient data is retrieved from the hospital's EHR via FHIR/HTTPS.
Data is returned to the hospital's EHR via FHIR/HTTPS.
Data alerts and review are configured to hospital specification.
Patient data is anonymized and kept for clinical study and reporting purposes.
Customization and Maintenance
We customize interactions across EPIC and other EHR systems, working closely with customers to ensure seamless integration with their unique IT infrastructure and workflow needs.
